RODOLFO RIECHERT, CEO
Rodolfo has more than 20 years' experience in the financial markets.
He headed the investment banking arm of UBS Pactual from 2006 to 2009.
From 1999 to 2006 he led Banco Pactual's Capital Markets and Sales & Trading teams.
He founded Banco Pactual's securities and commodities brokerage division in 2000.
He was a partner of Banco Pactual between June 1998 and June 2006.
He is Chairman of Terra Brasis.
Rodolfo holds a degree in economics from Universidade Cândido Mendes.
ANDRÉ SCHWARTZ, DEPUTY CEO
André has more than 20 years' experience in the Brazilian financial markets.
His entire professional career has focused on client relationships.
He headed Banco Pactual's Corporate Treasury Finance division between 1993 and 1998.
Subsequently, he joined the Investment Banking division, responsible for various sectors of the Brazilian economy, in particular energy, telecommunications, media, education, packaging, logistics and transportation.
André joined Banco Pactual in 1990 and became the youngest partner of the bank in 1995 when he was only 25 years old.
He is a member of the Board of Terra Brasis.
André holds a degree in economics from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).
EVANDRO PEREIRA, DIRECTOR
Evandro has more than 20 years' experience in the financial markets.
He began his career in 1992 as an equity research analyst at Citibank Brazil.
Later he worked at Unifund do Brasil, also as a research analyst.
He joined Banco Pactual in January 1997 and in 1998 was appointed Head of Equity Sales. In 2000, he became a partner.
Between 2003 and 2006, Evandro headed Pactual's Capital Markets division.
In 2007, he was appointed Head of Capital Markets for Latin America at UBS Pactual.
He left BTG Pactual in 2010 to head the EBX Group's Corporate Finance division and joined Brasil Plural during the second semester of 2011.
He holds a degree in economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
CLAUDIO PRACOWNIK, DIRECTOR
Claudio has more than 20 years' experience in the administrative and financial areas of financial institutions and family business restructuring.
In 2010, he served as CFO for the Brasif Group.
Between 2004 and 2009, he was a partner and executive director of Ágora Corretora, where he sat on the brokerage firm's executive committee and coordinated back office, financial control, human resources, legal and IT activities.
Between 2000 and 2004, he was a partner in the law firm Macedo, Lobo & Pracownik.
Between 1999 and 2000, he was an executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Banco Bozano Simonsen and Vice President of Banco Santander Brasil.
Between 1991 and 1999 he worked at Banco Pactual, where he began in the legal department, eventually becoming a partner and CFO.
He holds a law degree from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ).
PEDRO GUIMARÃES, DIRECTOR
Pedro has more than 20 years of experience in the financial market.
He coordinated more than R$ 150 billions in capital market operations and more that R$ 30 billions on company restruturing. He also acted as financial advisor in several privatization process, highlighting the Banepa´s privatization case.
He set up an distressed assets management department for Brasil Plural Group with initial focus on company restructuring and sale through capital markets.
Pedro was a research analyst in the financial sector and received the award for best analyst in Brazil several times by the Institutional Investor magazine.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Terra Brasis and Eólicas do Sul.
Pedro has a Ph.D in Economics by the Rochester University with a thesis on Privatization process in Brazil.
MANUEL MARIA FERNANDEZ, DIRECTOR
More than 25 years' experience in the financial markets, he was partner of BTG Pactual, where headed the Broker Dealer's Trading area and was Executive Director of UBS Pactual.
Manuel majored in Social Science from UFRJ.
BERNARDO NOLASCO, CFO
Bernardo has more than 15 years' experience.
Executive Director and global responsible for treasury and liquidity at BTG Pactual, where he joined in 2000. Also worked with international fixed income trading for UBS AG between 2007 and 2009.
Bernardo has a degree in Economics from UFRJ.
